Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes. Nexii Tech Solutions Inc. takes selected remote and international engagements. Projects are run remotely by default, so your location does not change how the work is scoped, built, or reviewed.
How do we communicate during the project?
Through video calls, email, and messaging, in English. Discovery starts with a video call about your workflow, and you review working screens at agreed milestones instead of waiting for a final handover.
How is the price agreed, and how do payments work?
Every project has a written quotation that states the scope, price, payment schedule, and timeline. Work starts after the quotation is accepted and the downpayment stated in it is received; the remaining payments follow the milestones in the quotation.
Who owns the software and source code?
Ownership of the deliverables, and any hosting or ongoing support terms, are written into your quotation before work begins, so you know exactly what you receive at the end of the project.
Which time zones can you work with?
Philippine time (UTC+8) is the same as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Perth, one hour behind Japan, and two to three hours behind Sydney, so most of the working day overlaps with Asia-Pacific clients. For clients in the Middle East, Europe, or North America, we agree on regular call times that suit both teams.
