APM Customs Brokerage
APM Customs Brokerage handles import and export job orders for its clients and needed a way to move that work off spreadsheets and printed folders and into a single operating system.
Job orders were tracked manually across separate files, making it hard to see the status of active shipments, which documents were still needed, and who was responsible for each step.

We built a job order management system with dynamic entry forms, real-time tracking, and role-based access so brokers, encoders, and management each see the screens relevant to their part of the process. Backend queries were optimized to keep the system responsive as job order volume grew.
We started with a short workflow review, then designed and built the system in focused milestones with feedback along the way, before testing and deployment.
