The situation
Beemo's Hidden Patch is a resort that needed a reservation system guests could actually use without back-and-forth phone calls or messages for every booking.
Reservations, availability, and guest messages were handled manually, which made it harder to avoid conflicts and slower to confirm bookings during busy periods.
