Beemo's Hidden Patch and Extreme Sea-Air Logistics both field a steady stream of repeat questions through Facebook Messenger, from booking availability to shipment status.
Answering the same frequently asked questions manually on Messenger took staff time away from other work, and inquiries could sit unanswered outside business hours.
